Growth, Operations, Integration, and Distributor include light, self-serve setup at no extra cost. Hands-on, per-supplier onboarding (€500 per supplier for the first 3, then €150 each) applies only to Enterprise and other complex setups — arranged manually, never auto-charged, and we will waive it for the first design partners we take on.

All plans include EU-region order storage, AES-GCM encryption, and a full audit trail per order. Where each subprocessor runs is listed in full.

Cancel any time. New orders stop arriving on every channel once your subscription ends — what you have already processed stays available to read and export.

One buyer purchase order that enters processing in ProcuLink. Each order counts once, at intake; retries and re-deliveries of the same order don't count again, and sample orders never count toward your allowance.
Nothing breaks. Your suppliers and mappings stay configured; you simply pick a plan when you're ready to keep processing orders past the 20-order trial.
An order counts when it enters processing, whether or not delivery later fails. Retries and re-deliveries of the same order are free, and sample orders are always free.
Nothing blocks. Orders above your plan's monthly allowance are billed automatically at €0.50 per order at the end of the billing period — and the overage is capped so you never pay more than the price of the next plan that covers your volume.
Yes — up or down, any time. We prorate the difference and your saved mappings and rules carry over untouched.
If you cancel, ProcuLink stops accepting new orders when your subscription ends. Everything you have already processed remains readable and exportable — past orders, suppliers, mappings and delivery records all stay — but nothing new comes in on any route: uploads, emailed orders, SFTP and S3 pickups, and the REST API all stop. Orders sent to you after that are not held and delivered later, so redirect your suppliers before you cancel. Resubscribing turns processing back on immediately, with your setup untouched.
Order storage is EU-region and encrypted with AES-GCM at rest. Some processing runs on named US subprocessors under standard contractual clauses — sign-in, AI extraction, payments, and email in both directions, including the purchase orders we email to your suppliers.
