Plan ladder
ProcuLink offers six plans sized to your supplier flow volume:
Pilot— free for 14 days; 20 orders total during trial; 1 supplier.Growth— €149/month; 150 orders/month; 5 suppliers.Operations— €399/month; 500 orders/month; 10 suppliers.Integration— €999/month; 1,500 orders/month; 20 suppliers.Distributor— €1,499/month; 2,500 orders/month; 30 suppliers.Enterprise— custom pricing from €2,500/month; contact sales for custom volume, ERP connectors, and SLA.
What happens at quota
On a paid plan you are never blocked. If you go over your plan's monthly order allowance, extra orders still parse, validate, transform, and deliver normally — they are billed at €0.50 per order over the limit on your next invoice, and the dashboard shows a heads-up as you approach and pass the limit. Your allowance resets automatically on your billing anniversary. (Pilot is the exception: when the 14-day free trial ends, the account becomes read-only.)
When Pilot ends
After 14 days or 20 orders (whichever comes first), the Pilot workspace becomes read-only. You can still view previous orders, mappings, outputs, and billing history, but you cannot upload new files, transform documents, deliver to suppliers, or add suppliers until you upgrade to Growth or higher. Upgrading restores full access immediately — no data is lost.
How to cancel
Open Settings → Billing → Manage subscription to launch the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can cancel your subscription, switch between Growth, Operations, Integration, and Distributor, update your card details, or download past invoices. Enterprise changes are handled directly through your account manager.
